"Don't let someone become a priority in your life, when you are just an option in their life."
Worthy to follow. However, the heart isn't disciplined enough to honour those words all the time.
"Never explain yourself to any one.
Because the person who likes you doesn't need it, & the person who dislikes you won't believe it."
Because the person who likes you doesn't need it, & the person who dislikes you won't believe it."
As quoted from Mary Jane Watson, "never say never". So to follow the above religiously would prove suicidal eventually. For not everyone likes or dislikes you.
"We make them cry who care for us.
We cry for those who never care for us.
& we care for those who will never cry for us."
We cry for those who never care for us.
& we care for those who will never cry for us."
Somewhat true.
I was thinking about world peace yesterday. The absolute peace, not the facade between nations. To have peace, it must come from within. So for all to be at peace with themselves, only would we even start working on world peace. To strive higher, means being unsatisfied with one's current state of being.
In other words, for world peace, strive not. Things need to remain stagnant. But to strive is second nature, the absence of world peace, an acceptable price for advancements. So long as deaths & conflicts happen to anyone else other than ourselves.
