Bought mine for $16. Some were selling it at $18, so not much price difference. I was comparing it with a $18 Microsoft mouse. The latter's design was smoother, but the scroll wheel was ribbed.

I had a surprise when i opened the package at home. It supports side scrolling. I thought only the costlier models have that feature.

Anyway, NUS's registration really is a bigger pain. But it's alright. I prefer to enter NTU anyway.
